LOOKS LIKE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH A BROKEN CAPS LOCK KEY. Seriously, if you want answers and support, you don't have to write in capital letters, we will still see your problem regardless. But, as the person above said, you need a network card. If I'm correct, you need an SD wireless card. These simply fit into the SD card slot and allow you to have wireless internet. I'm hoping that this information is correct as I am a little hazy on the topic at hand, so don't blame me if I'm wrong. Hope this helps. = )
press the 1st and 4th button on the shortcut menu on the front and press the reset button. This will go through a complete hard reset and deactivate the battery. IT will take your PDA back to factory default mode. It saves you a lot of trouble. GOOD luck. If my explaining it to you didnt help then google "complete reset pda ipaq 1710". :)
solia, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to close the chat session on you. Is your unit still under warranty? If so, check with the manufacturer. They can help.
The 1710 does not have bluetooth. You would have to buy a SD bluetooth card and then you could connect to the internet via a bluetooth phone if the phone had internet access.
