Either you have a leak in the system and your short on gas or there is a frost buildup on the evaporator and you have a defrost problem. either way you need to remove the back of the freezer and check. if it is all frosted over its a drfroat issue. if there is no frost or only a partial frost pattern it is a sealed system leak. check that and get back to me and we can go from there. thanks

i take it the unit is frost free you need to replace the defrost element in the freezer whats happening is your freezer sends cold air through small holes to the fridge compartment but when the freezer cant self defrost those holes freeze over thus no cold air into the fridge compartment get a tech in to check the element shoulnt cost more than $ 80.00
