If you still have the manual for your Photo frame Chapter 2 page 14 explains the use of your frame for computer. It uses specific software already installed on the picture frame. It is a bit tricky to use if you are not computer savvy, hoever if you can get someone to help you they can explain it a little better. does it have vga? otherwise you would need software for you pc to know what its meant for when plugged in

There are many ways. The easiest being use a external hard drive or thumb drive and simply copy the data to the drive. Plug the drive in the other computer and reverse the process.
