Hi there i like to inform you that its a lens guide pin problem. It is damaged or out of lens guide line. Thats why its stuck. The solution is only replacing the lens. But before that if you want to take a risk then on the camera and give a twist on the lens. Be careful. not much twist, just little. After that turn off / on the camera. If its working then fine. Other wise only the solution is contact with the service center and replace the lens.i am sure your camera lens position like a below mentioned picture.. before all this try to follow those step for luck.
1. Ensure batteries are fully charged.
2. Look carefully between the lens and the camera body for any sand, dirt or any damaged etc.
3. Try turning the camera with the lens facing down and shake to dislodge anything stuck
4. Try removing batteries and memory card, wait 5 minutes and refit the battery only.
5. Now turn on camera( with out card ) and see ,if working then fix the memory card & again turn on the camera. If working then fine .
Otherwise format the memory card and fix back in camera again & try. Make sure before format the memory card take a
back up all photos in your computer then format. If no luck then reset or restore the camera setting by pressing Menu key for 2 sec ..

It is possible that there are bits of the damaged pieces struck inside the card reader contacts in the camera.
So if you can remove the battery and memory card and tap upside down ,you might be able to retrieve the broken pieces.
use a fine jett of air to spill out the dirt and try. if not repeat the procedure.
If there is still the issue you may have to open to get access to the slot to clean or rectify a damaged contact.
There is another osption to download you picture to your PC. Try to use a memory card reader, get your memory card in your camera. Inert it into the memory card reader and plaug your card reader to your computer. Now, you can download your picture to your computer.
I AM INCLUDING A LINK TO A COMPANY THAT OFFERS ADVICE AND REPAIR FOR YOUR CAMERA. THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM AND THE CARD IS PROBABLY CAUGHT IN THE LOCKING MECHANISM OF THE CAMERA. FORCING IT MAY DAMAGE THE CAMERA. WHILE I CAN NOT ENDORSE ANY FIRM, I RECOGNIZE THIS FIRM AS OFFERING SERVICE AND FREE ESTIMATES ON REPAIRS. I WOULD TRY THIS FIRST. LCD change on 7373. This will take you to the connector.
Switch off the phone.
Take SIM card out.
Take front faceplate off by inserting Credit card/Tweezers between housing and silver key. As you pull up, take credit card and slide it on the side of the phone prying the clips off. (Gently tease it out working around the phone)
Unscrew these 6 screws at the edges with the T6 screwdriver and release the 4 clips surrounding the LCD screen. Slip the little black frame off of the LCD screen, and lift the screen. (Prize it up gently from the swivel end of the mob.) There’s a printed circuit board underneath it is attached to the LCD by a hook type catch. Don’t damage it (the board). You should now see a screw. Removing this screw removes the back cover.
That’s it! Put your new faceplate or housing in and figure out how to put things back by following the directions here in reverse order.
You should use anti static gloves for this job, avoid touching the connections and the LCD face.
hi there,
i had the same problem with my phone, you can easily sort it out, all you need to do is go to menu and open gallery and you need to delete some pictures/tones, videos from memory card. The reason why your camera goes on standby each time you take a picture is because there is not enough memory to store your pictures.
hope it helps
