I could sucessfully install the bluetooth functionality but the wireless is not working. When I plug the device the window of new hardware found appears in the screen, however when I follow the steps to find the hardware Windows XP can't find the driver. I'm selectig "No, no this time" and then "Install the software automatically". Could you please help me with this?

Re: Windows XP is not recognizing the driver
Unless you have service pack 2 which supports bluetooth without the need for a driver in some cases, you will need a driver cdrom, to which you will have to point windows to when it comes to the installing the driver, choose to install it manually then browse your cd drive and then the disc and don't choose install automatically.

try to uninstall the software, and installing it again in windows xp sp 3 compatibility, you can do so by right clicking on the installation exe of the drivers, select properieties, compatibility, windows xp sp3, check Run as administrator, OK. Install it now, and it could work now.
Install DELL Application for WireLess 370 Bluetooth Minicard. The application contains bluetooth kernel and driver. Device Manager would not show any device with "?" mark. The device would not be detected until you install the above application.
