Just looking for manual and directions. why is this so difficult? if i'd known i just couldn't go to a bravetti site and get manual, i wouldn't have purchased this with my hard earned money. each time i try to go somewhere i end up at a shopping site.. i thought i put everything in place and it still does not turn on.. help please or send me to a bravetti site. it is not made by euro-pro. i've been there and they say it is not theres.. thanks polly

Remember to right click on the adobe acrobat icon and save target as. Save the manual to somewhere you will remember and open it later. I just printed off mine.
I also went to the website and put in the model number and it did say no f & q for that model but the manual was right below it to the left - thanks so much!!

Bravetti is made by euro pro, I went to europro.com. I then clicked on food processors on the left it gives you "support Wizard" I entered model # bp101h and the manual was there
It is made by europro the model number is bp101h but that info won't help you because the web site doesn't support that model.. I have the same problem

My Mother-in Law bought the Bravetti Platinum Processor 5 years ago and never used it. She can not find that manual that went with it.
