I have the sgh-a707 and it won't stop vibrating.

About 2 1/2 months after i bought my phone i sat down one day (phone in my side pocket) and pushed against the side of my couch and it started vibrating. since then i have not been able to stop it. ive cut it off, removed the battery, sim card numerous times and still won't stop. can you help me?

    my phone would not stop vibrating...I have tried everything possible, including turning the phone off with no positive outcome. Can someone pls help me and tell me what could be the problem. Thanks

I have this when my message box gets too full. A new message coming in just vibrates for about 3 minutes then the phone shuts down and restarts. I emptied out my messages and it works fine.

Welll there is a way to stop your problem -if on the side of your phone there is an arrow going up and down you can adjust it that way and put it on your volume control also if u go into the sounds men you will most likely see application volume once you press that you will see 1. sound 2. vibrator if it is in the on mode go to off and that will take care of your problem

CUSTOMIZING YOUR PHONE SOUNDS
the samsung sync is a pretty good phone with many options of customization available. problem is, most are hidden. heres how to access them:


1. open phone, and push the side key under the memory card slot. [alternatively, just get to the PROFILE option. in that case, skip 2]

2. scroll over to the 'PROFILE' setting

3. highlight the 'NORMAL' setting, and push the 'OPTIONS' key.

4. go to 'EDIT'. push 'CALL ALERT' and you get a wealth of options.

well u did a mistake.........u should'nt turn on the phone for a day or two............but its not a big one..........takeout the battery,remove the cover n sim........let it be off for a day or two...it should work properly if still problem exists change the battery........
