It looks like you have a 60,000 BTU unit or a 5 ton unit...12,000 BTU/ton is how you figure that...
The 60 in the model number indicates the nominal btu's of the unit... the exact output could be a bit more or less depending on the air handler...

How long do burners stay on? If they go out within a few seconds, the flame sensor may need to be cleaned. The control board you have shown is probably doing it's job by shutting down and something else is causing this. Always check your air filter first. More info needed.

What is he model number of your Heil A/C. SOme are odd size filters. You can pick up washable filter at Walmart. The filter goes underneath the unit. Should be panel that slides off. I really need more info Thanks james

You will need to contact a Heil distributor to get a wiring diagram. Or you can try a dealer but they probably won't help you fix your own unit. That would be taking money out of their own pockets.
