I have seen this B4 I think, it is an "International" Charger "Base" and depending on the country you are in you slide in, clip in, the correct "Pin Pattern" to fit ya wall socket for your locale... Ya may find there is another "Attachment" that you need make it all work?. I have a Panasonic one like this.

You can try www.ebay.com. I found the following AC adapter for the RCA Small Wonder camcorder:
http://cgi.ebay.com/RCA-EZ209HD-Small-Wonder-camera-CHARGER-AC-ADAPTER-/140516900106?pt=Batteries_Chargers&hash=item20b775bd0a#ht_1469wt_723
After opening the unit up, this info I found out about the rechargeable battery. *GS Rechargeable Lead-acid Battery (Portalac) PE12V7A (12v 7Ah) - sealed lead battery*
I hope that info help you, or someone, if you got a 12v 7AMP tip positive DC wall adapter, that thearadacly(sp?) will charge the battery, but I'm doing guess work since I don't know much about the AMP in voltage stuff.
battery charger has ' fold - out ' pins , so it
can be plugged into standard 120 volt ac outlets
( the battery - to be charged - fits into the
front side , of your charger ) but , a second
battery ? will be your smartest investment ;
From this page:

"The Nikon 7600 comes with two AA alkaline batteries, but I highly recommend picking up a set of rechargeable batteries and a charger. Read my NiMH battery shootout page to see which batteries currently on the market are the best, and see my review of the Maha C-204W NiMH battery charger, my current favorite. The optional AC adapter uses a "dummy battery" that slides into the battery compartment. This could be useful for offloading pictures after a long day of shooting, but really shouldn't be necessary for the vast majority of users."
You should be able to find one for somewhere in the $30-40 range.
