Hi Cedric
Yes the chord is the charging cable and the download/upload cable.
You will plug it into the usb port on your computer for charging.
You will need Windows Media Player installed in your computer ...after it is installed add your songs to Windows Media Player, then plug your Mp3 player in with Windowns Media Player running, your mp3 player will be recognized and then you can add the songs you added to Windows Media Player.

My Olympus FE-360 camera is dead. I only have the USB chord I use to upload pictures. Is that supposed to charge it? If it isn't charging it does that mean I need a new battery? I haven't used this camera...
No, the USB cord will not charge the battery. If anything it will drain it faster since the camera has to communicate with the computer (even if only to say it has nothing to say).

You need to use the supplied LI-41C battery charger.

Charging question
I have the same camera. I don't think you can charge the battery without the dock, unless you find a separate charger for the Lithium battery it comes with. It's a Lenmar 3.7V/700mAh type battery. I looket it up on radioshack. I lost my charger RCA jack power chord. I am trying to find a new one. If you have any luck, post an answer.
