New WEP200 Headset does not work

I got a new one. When I power on, no message appears on my phone to pair with it. I don't know if the product is faulty or something I am not doing right to pair it.

When you turn on the WEP200, you must continue to hold the button down until the blue light goes solid, that indicates pairing mode. Now, have your device search for it.

You have to have your device search for the headset, your phone will not automatically find it. Go to bluetooth menu on phone, go to search for new device. Do this after you hold the button down on earpeice till it stays blue.

I need instructions on how to pair my WEP200 to my new cell phone please.

1 Turn your bluetooth headset off. If it is on, press and hold multi-function button(for about 4 seconds) until the LED blinks twice. 2 Prepare your bluetooth enabled phone to be ready to go to search mode. 3 Turn your bluetooth headset on in pairing mode. (Press and hold the multi-function button for almost 9 seconds. The LED will be steadily LIT.) 4 Activate the Search option in your phone. You should see Samsung WEP200 in your phone's screen. Choose that and press OK 5 The phone will ask for a passkey. Press 0000. Then press OK. Give it a few seconds, your phone and bluetooth headset will be paired.

My bluetooth has been connected to another phone but I have a new phone so I want to connect it with my new phone how will I disconnect it with my old phone to my new phone ?

It is the phone, not the headset that sytore profiles. Just pair the headset with the new phone like it was never paired before. Follow instructions in usetr guide for your particular phone.

How do put Samsung WEP200 into pairing mode?

Starting with it turned off, press and hold the Multi-Function Button for some 8 seconds, until the indicator light is steadily lit in blue, thus indicating it is in pairing mode. Only then, make the device you want to pair your headset to search for new devices. After a while, the WEP200 should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset will enter the stand-by mode. There might be an indication on the other device that it is connected to a bluetooth headset too. Once they are paired to each other, all subsequent connections between them should be achieved simply by bringing they both within each other's range (with their bluetooth radios turned off, of course).
By the way, if your headseet's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.

How do I pair my WEP 200 samsung bluetooth to my phone blackberry phone

Your phone MUST have the bluetooth on and discoverable. When it is press and hold the power button on the WEP200 until the light turns on steady should be 5 to 10 seconds. With this done, use your blackberry to search for a new device, should be in the bluetooth menu. It should find the headset. Your phone will ask for a password enter "0000" (four zeros) then press pair or enter. It will take a few seconds to connect. Your phone will automatically connect to this headset when you power it on. Don't forget to turn the phone back to un-discoverable when done. I hope this helps.

Pairing WEP200 w/BB Curve (8330)

Just make sure when you're first syncing this to your cell phone, hold the main button for a REALLY long time. NOT till it flashes (keep on holding it). It will eventually go from flashing to a SOLID blue light, and that's when you sync. It'll probably take like 30-60 secs of holding.

That's what worked for me, my phone wouldn't recognize the headset until this.
