I keep getting dll loading error. I dont know much about computers
Solution:
Download the veo 330v drivers from this site:
http://www.softsci.com/veodrivers.htm
Run the setup program. Cancel the automatic install.. It extracted the setup files to c:\setup
Browse to that directory, right click on setup, properties, compatibility, set it to xp sp2 compat. close the properties. Install. Unplug usb, replug. Vista WILL find and install drivers and they DO work. They work with Yawcam, MSN Messenger at least. I haven't tested with any other software. This is on the Vista Ultimate Edition at least..

I tried to connect the camera to my vista computer also and Windows Update did not find a driver for the 330V model. There is no solution to the problem just to purchase a new one and make sure it says Vista compatible. Thats it.

When using Vista it is imperative that the driver be "Written" for Vista. So one MUST get a Vista Driver. That said, sometime ya can install a non-Vista driver. You can install software in "Compatibility" mode.To do this find & select the "Setup .exe" and right click the mouse, and at the bottom of the pop up window select "Properties" another window will appear on this select the Tab "Compatibility" select "Windows XP" close the window, & run the "Setup" it may now work. As an aside I have found that the "Look123" Driver from the windows site to work with many cameras.. SO as an alternate when you plug in ya camera and it asks for Drivers, and it asks to go online to find them let it do that and it may find this driver and install.. anyway good luck

Go here and download the drivers. When it asks for you to locate the drivers, select this folder and you're set.
