Question about Sunbeam Safety Glide 3891 Iron
The iron is plugged in correctly. The light come on, however the stainless steel bottom remains cold no matter how long the iron plugged in to the power outlet. The power outlet is working ok, as I am using it to charge my phone, vac, etc. Please advise what can be done to correct the problem.
I have the same problem with my black and decker iron. I will not buy orrecommend this iron to anyone.

No electricity is getting to the heating coil inside the iron. It has to be disassembled to find out if the heating coils are broken, or just not connected properly.
