Question about General Electric GFSS6KKXSS Stainless Steel Bottom Freezer French Door Refrigerator
If the panel temperature reads 0 F 0 F it is in the "DEMO" mode. This is normal if you purchase a floor model. To bring it back to normal mode press ENERGY SAVER & ADJUST FREEZER together for 3 to 5 seconds until it beeps. Then unplug the referidgerator for at least 30 seconds. Then plug it bck in. That will reset the stupid computer and get it back to normal operation.

Call for warranty service. If it is running and not cooling, there may be a refrigerant leak. (You may even be able to see signs of this yourself if you take the cover off the compressor area in back and look to see if there is any sign of oil. If there is any oil, there is a refrigerant leak) If so, push to get refrig replaced, as if the unit ran for several days and thus sucked moisture into the normally sealed system it may be repairable, but is a major repair and may shorten the life expectancy of your refrig. (I hope you did not purchase from Sears, as they buy from GE without the GE factory warranty, and thus you would have to deal with Sears for any help. Good luck.)
