Once the transaction goes through and the receipt comes out for the customer to sign, the terminal asks if you would like to print out customer recipt, when you press f1 which indicates the yes button nothing happens and it goes back to the original screen, so theres no copy for me to give to the customer, i've tried calling the terminal support but they dont seem to be to helpful, can you please help??? thank you
You have to have it turned on that option in the download for a customer copy to print. Contact your Merchant Account provider and ask for this to be turned on and you will have to do a partial download.

On It. Not using thermal paper. Ensure thermal paper is being used. OR MAYBE Thermal paper loaded upside down. Ensure thermal paper is being fed from underneath the roll, as it will only
print on one side of the paper.
