OK you can download the Music software from iRiver on the following page:

This is the iriver Music Manager V3.21 software.

informatica, i went to the link and downloaded the installer, coz i lost mine as well; and it worked..thanks..mine though is 890 series but it still worked

To obtain the driver for your sandisk device go to http://www.sandisk.com/DriverDownload/index.asp and find the driver for your device..and then connecct the device on the back of your computer...it should work properly..if you are still having any problems..let me know..i would be more than happy to assist you..

when i put the usb cable in it says new hardware found, but when i drag all the songs that i want over it wont even say start sync, well it dose but it doesnt turn green (where it says start sync) another thing is, it wont show the songs that are on the mp3 player.
