Download the correct driver from the MP3 manufacturer. Maybe the laptop manufacturer can help if there is not a Vista compiant driver available. Hope this helps.
if the picture posted is what you have then you should be able to charge your mp3 player with the usb connection ...just plug it into your pc and it should charge
I think my trusty DELL DJ (now coming up on five years old!!) will sadly be replaced as my main mp3 player sometime this year... I love it, but no drivers!!! Perhaps I can find a way to use it as an external/portable hard/flash drive.
How about a Windows XP Driver?
