My BlackBerry Bold 9900 keeps popping up a messge "your device is currently in Safe Mode...to remain in Safe Mode, click OK. To exit Safe Mode, click Reset". However clikcing Reset just takes you in an endless loop to this message. In addition, the back/esacpe key will not work. I've tried pulling the battery and downloaded the latest OS to no avail. Any suggestions?

Good Day, Goto Options, then to Security, and click Security Wipe. You can enable the first two boxes. But note that everything on your phone will be wiped off except if you backup your data. Mind you, your applications can't be backedup.(You can backup User data by using BB Protect or BB Desktop Manager) By doing the above, you have done factory restore. Try this and be kind enough to rate my solution. Thanks for using Fixya!
