I recently purchased my second 610 copier from ebay. I love the first so much, I wanted a second for my office. The 610 is used solely as a copier. The my recent purchase arrived DOA because the display reads that an original copy is loaded
in the auto sheet feeder, when there is nothing in the sheet feeder. I opened the sheet feeder door and noticed that the
plastic casing over the wiring on the right hand side was loose, due to the screw housing being broken. I taped all of this down securely, but still no joy. I also noticed that
the rubber wheels on the bottom of the sheet feeder fail to turn. Is there any way to disable or by pass the sheet feeder?

expired cartidges are not the problem. the problem comes form the ink. get a peice of tissue, place ink on tissue then remove. If black you should see a black line on tissue. same for color, there should be 3 lines on paper, Y,Cy(blue), MGT (Red)
