EXECUTONE MODEL 64 Phone

We need help. Our executone phone is acting crazy. We cannot figure out how to change which greeting is heard from an outside caller. It continues to tell outside callers that we are closed, which is our holiday voicemail, however, we have a regular voicemail and it wont let us select that for callers to hear. Any Suggestions?!?

How can I change the system main greeting on an Executone Model 64?
from any phone dial 436 and then press #, then enter managers mailbox usually 5000 and the password, by default it is 5000.
then 3, 8 and 1# for CCR 1,(or 2# for CCr2 and so on) and follow the prompts

EXECUTONE 64800 PHONE, HOW TO PROGRAM STATION SPEED DIAL # 'S
from the phone press program key, than 01 for speed dial 1 and then the phone number you need to program in under speed dial 1, after done, press program key. to dial out press outside line key, than program 01 and it will dial out to that numeber. you have 30 speed dials per phone.

I assume you mean change the time and date and that depends on which system model you have....assuming you have an "IDS"...go to the receptionists phone ( the phone you reach by dialing 0 or 3001/ 301 ) and without lifting the handset dial 28 followed by the time in military format...if it worked you'll hear a few quick beeps after inputting the time. If you have an older version of IDS you need to program it via a programming terminal or laptop. Leave your email here if you get this and I'll email you - can do it remotely via built in modem.

How do you change the date on executone 64 phone? Our power went off & it reverted to Jan 1. I was able to change the time, no problem, but can't figure out how to change the date. Thanks!
Step 1: Press Menu key
Step 2: Press Park 3 key
Step 3: Enter password followed by # key ex. 543#
Step 4: Enter 9819
Step 5: Enter date with # in between. Ex. 01#26#2009#

Hopefully this will solve your problem.

In the event you haven't found this information, I got this from www.mainresources.com

To Change The Time

1.
Press the "Menu" key.
2.
Press "Park 3".
3.
Enter the password (default is 456).
4.
Press "#".
5.
Press "1" for System Functions.
6.
Press "4" for System Clock.
7.
Enter the time in 12-hour format.
8.
Press "#".
9.
Press AM or PM by pressing "Park 3" in the LCD screen.
10.
Press "#" to confirm.
11.
Hang up or press "HF".

Press the digit for the month (January would be "1").

you will need to have access to the phone system programming. you can do this through a laptop or through Operators programming if you have one there.
Once you are connected you will access A screen, then the EXT you need to program and then K for Keys. there is where you set up all of the programming on each key.
if you need more info, somehow contact me and I can help over the phone. Every system has a remote access through a modem that is built in on EVCM.card.

if you can get into the programming then first go to the B screen and then press A and set the drop pulse to 10 and then press C for Copy and then Y .
hit ESC and press J
the cursor should be blinking on the first line on top left corner, there hit F for Flash and press ENTER

Hit ESC and press A , put in the EXT you need to program the key for, then press Enter, then K, then K again and pick a key to programm. once you have picked one by pressing ENTER key to move the cursor program a code 815 ENTER, S for Subcode and then 1 Enter
ESC, ESC E for exit.
