After hitting the start button, the machine spins for about 20 seconds then it stops for about 10 seconds. It will spin again and continue in this way until it completely stops and displays an f03 code. It slower than normal. On the drain spin cycle, it display 15 minutes estimated time. The timer does not activate and after around two minutes, the machine stops and gives the f03 code.

could be a number of problems, but try this FIRST push and hold any two buttons in for about 20 seconds make sure the machine is on,if this fails then you could have a blocked pump ie a sock is the usual suspect some mackines have a filter at the lower front check below the door if there is one then open and unscrew anty clock wise,if not then the pump will need removed and unblocked.adrianxxx
if you had a power failure latly or a power surge it might have knocked the program on the machine.Push and hold the stop/start button for about 10,seconds it should reset if that fails again hold the stop button and another ie rince hold/power save or whatever buttons you have i just cant remember which one there are so many, but try the first option first it should reset.adrian,,,,,,,,
2 possible issues with your washer. 1 or both the support shocks or springs have broken the drum would look off center even when empty or rear bearring has worn out. this is a very common problem with the fridgidaire washer... (this kenmore is a frigidaire model) problem is caused by very hard water (well water) or improper use of detergent. this machine uses a High efficency type detergent, marked by "HE" on the detergent container
My Kenmore front-load washer starts to make the huge noise. The noise happens during the wash cycle, but is mild. During the spin cycle, the noise becomes really loud. It looks like the drum is getting loose and hitting other part of the machine. I checked the drum, and I can sway the drum easily with my hand. So it looks some supporting structure is broken. I don't know if it is easy to open the washer to check what has been broken.
