I want to run Win Server 2008 Enterprise edition on Dell Optiplex 360. I need the drivers for: NIC, Audio, Video. Thank you

Hello,

Verify that your hardware is compatiable to the Server NOC. (Most are 64-bit software which require 64-bit compatiable software. When you place the server dvd/cd in the 1st time, it will check your system to make sure it meets the minimum requirments for install. If you already have the server os installed, You have 2 chioces: 1. Microsoft Server drivers (Microsoft support) or 2: Download each vendor's drive to your system or portiable drive and install as the server os is installing. (it will ask for 3rd party drivers at the start of install.

Good Luck

Are there any Drivers available for Windows Server 2003 R2 when installed on HP pavilion dv6607nr ?? Can I install W.Server 2003 R2 on my laptop and get to work just fine? Your reply will be gratefully...

HP doesn't have all the XP drivers for this model posted, but they can be found.

For the dV6607NR:

Nvidia Chipset Driver.Install and reboot before other drivers:

http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_...p2k_14.10.html

Nvidia Graphics:

http://tinyurl.com/2q6ss4

Drivers from dV6000Z cto series will work on your model for missing drivers.

For audio,MS UAA must be installed before Conexant drivers.Install MS UAA,reboot, install Conexant Audio and Modem drivers.
HP Quick Launch,Media Card Reader,Lightscribe software, etc are all here.(Do not use a chipset, bios or graphics)

NO Audio out put

dell2_bing.gifpoweredge servers are not needed for sound. DELL support will notsupport any sound cards or care anything about your audio issues. Youwill not find audio drivers because again, a server's purpose has nothing to do with audio.
