If you have a SD card in the phone, go into settings and set USB as DATA mode not modem and you can drag and drop the files on the SD card as if it is a jump drive.

At what site i can download free themes for my

You can themes at:
www.mobileheart.com/...themes/819-Motorola-RAZR-V3i-Themes.aspx
gallery.mobile9.com/c/motorola-razr+v3i-themes_289/1/
www.ownskin.com/theme

The best way to transfer song is to connect your mobile with the PC and use the connection type as mass storage and then you can simply transfer data as you do in a usb flash drive.

Mp3 songs stop playing when i close the flap of Motorola V3i

That is because the phone doesnt accept the song format. The v3i Razr is an old phone. You should pass your song to Mp3 and it sould work. If not, try to reinstall the software :)

Motorola razr v3i itunes problem

As I know iTunes downloaded audio files (M4P - "protected AAC") have DRM protection which prevent users from converting it to other formats or playing iTunes media with other incompatible players such as PSP, Zune, Creative Zen, cell phone like Motorola, etc..

So, you will need a professional DRM converter to convert the DRM M4P files to Motorola compatible formats.

Free download this converter, drag and drop the protected files to it:
http://www.wmatomp3-converter.com/digital-music-converter.html#123

It can convert the DRM protected music (wma,m4p) to any other formats and extract audios from DRM video (wmv, m4v, asf, etc).

How do i download mp3 ringtones to my phone?

If it is Only Razr V3 then probably youdon't have memoty card slot and the sadest part is it has got only 5 MB of space, which will allow you to store only one or two Mp3 song(s) depending upon the size. You can transfer it through Bluetooth. If it is a V3i model having Memory card slot then it is even easier to down load by using Card Reader connected to PC. just drag & drop to the music folder in your memory card. In a memory card you can put lots of songs depending upon the size of your card, say 128MB can hold upto arround 30 nos of songs. Yes you can put choose the Mp3 as Ring Tone Also.
