Charge adaptor need charge adaptor

Is the charge adaptor good? Test with a known good charge adaptor.

the charge imdicator is suppose to blink when you plug the toy to the wall adaptor. if it doesnt blink then there's something wrong with either the adaptor, the adaptor port on the toy or the rechargeable power packs. now i said that the light is suppose to blink. but the frequency of the blinks shouldnt be fast. if that's the case clean the compartments and re-insert the batteries. if you are still having problems try the ff T/S:

1)remove the power packs, plug the toy to adaptor and turn it on. if it turns on that means your adaptor is working.
2)remove the adaptor and try using just the power packs.
3)try using 4aa batteries.

if the toy turns on with only one of the power sources stated above you better call vtech hotline.

Possible that the battery is bad or weak, the adaptor is not outputing the required voltage or is faulty or that the charging circuit is faulty in the motherboard.
In all these you need to check on the voltage incident on the battery terminals. So connect the adaptor an check the voltage at the battery terminals in the laptop, if absent check at the pins, if absent check on the adaptor circuit.

If voltage is present then the battery is a suspect, if not the motherboard charging circuit has problems if adaptor is good and there is no charging.

The only advice is that you need to replace the battery that you already have and get a new one. Replace the adaptor as Plan B.
If it connects to the computer does it keep the battery charging? If it does it could mean the adaptor needs replacing and not the battery. First is battery and then adaptor.

You can used the USB cable to charged the camera, But some of the M863 camera will not take charged usign the USB cable., I strongy suggest used the AC adaptor just make sure the AC adaptor is 5V ac adaptor it will only charged using the 5V adaptor., About the flashing green it indicates camera is charging just wait for the solid green light it means it fully charged

If the laptop will run from the adaptor, then the adaptor is probably fine. That being the case, if the charge light flashes when the adaptor is plugged in, the battery is faulty. No charge light on an otherwise working system is probably the battery charging circuit in the laptop.

this i'm afraid is a problem with the psp. to charge the psp off a computer usb mode doesn't need to be entered. so it will charge automatically and if not either the battery or psp charge port are stuffed. try a borrowed battery first then if that doesn't change it trade it in to eb games and get yourself a new one

as u said that when u plugged in the ac adaptor into the laptop it recognises that the ac adaptor is connected but it does not charge the laptop in this case what u can do is that if have the same charger extra then u can try with the another charger and if the other charger also does the same thing then in this case u need to replace the mmotherboard and if the other charger is working fine in this laptop then definately chage ur aac adaptor.....good luck...

switch off - disconnect ac adaptor - wait 3 seconds - connect ac adaptor - repeat about 20 times.
Is charge light blinking when you connect ac adaptor?
Try reseating battery.
If battery is old (over 2 years) or heavily used then it may need replacing. They only last for 250-500 complete discharges.
