I can't get it to shut off. I even tried the reset button. And my computer won't recognize it. I think I may have deleted a critical file on the player itself last time I removed some files from it (one named PMP-something). Is there anyway I can wipe the drive and start from scratch? Is there anyway I can resurect this thing from the dead without sending it to a repair place. Its only worth $50 now anyway. I dont want to spend $100 to fix it.

the emodio software has a lot of glitches. you can go to mu computer and open player then select sub category then select music or what ever you want. drop and drag files. if video you must convert with emodio then drag from default convert location(C:\Users\Laptop 2\Video)
