Bought a Continuous Ink Supply system and that was my first mistake. I've removed it and put back the original print cartridges but now there's just no ink coming out. I have tried running the print head cleaning, reinstalled the software, used the SSC Service Utility to try and reset the printer but it's still the same. I'm wondering if I have to purchase a whole new one because it seems like it broke it somehow. There's barely ink coming out, it's just a faint hint of it. I've let the printer set for hours hoping that it would come back but nothing. It's like the print head isn't able to put out the ink anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Well, that didn't do the trick. I have put the original Cartridges back in and now I get the Service Required, See your manual for details. Is there a way to reset the printer through some key combo?

Purchase some inkjet head cleaner, remove all the carts and using a refilling syringe, gently inject the cleaning solution into the bay where the spikes are for the cartridges. Let it sit with that in to soak over night, and then run several cleaning cycles on it to pull the ink through. The CISS (continuous ink) shouldn't have damaged the heads in anyway. We sell them at work, and have never had one damage the heads, although they can be tempramental sometimes!
In that case, your print heads have gone. You can either replace the print heads, or the printer. Sorry the other solution didn't workIn that case, your print heads have gone. You can either replace the print heads, or the printer. Sorry the other solution didn't work

The L110 needs the WICReset utility to reset the waste ink counter and a key to do that too. I believe the WICReset tool will also reset the ink levels without needing a key so if you can source the necessary bulk ink locally you should be able to get printing again.
Delete all print jobs and turn the printer off. Remove any foreign objects from inside the printer. After a few minutes, turn the printer back on. but not working printer.
Chances are the problem is that you haven't removed the travel plugs that allow air into the reservoir part of your CIS. This is vital because the air needs to replace ink used up in printing and if it can't do this the air creates something of a vacuum that holds back the ink.
Also worth checking that you haven't got any crimped (folded) tubing or clamps that are still engaged that shouldn't be.
Sounds a lot like you have an ink pressure issue and at a guess you are using a CIS (Continuous Ink Supply) system.
I would refer back to the documentation that came with your printer and make sure that you are not overpressuring the printhead with the ink reservoirs set too high or some part of the priming process has been missed.
More information about your printers setup would definitely help ID more specific issues that could be causing this.
IssueAn 0xc18xxxxx or 0xc19xxxxx ink system error code displays on the front panel. The printer cannot copy, receive faxes, or print. Solution Press the On button to turn the printer off. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer. Remove all the ink cartridges. Wait two minutes. Plug the power cord into the back of the printer. Press the On button to turn the printer on. Install the ink cartridges when prompted. If the error code does not display, the issue is resolved. If the 0xc18xxxxx or 0xc19xxxxx ink system error code displays on the front panel, service the printer.
I use a bulk ink system which is not Epson so printer did not recognise the ink supply.
I 1) Turned printer off
2) Removerd bulk ink suppy tanks
3) Fitted Epson ink tanks [ dont matter empty or full ]
4) Turn on printer and let it go through it's start up prcedure
5) Do not turn printer off but do ink change procedure and refit bulk ink tanks
6) Do Nozle Check/Clean/Realignment
Bingo sorted
I'll give it a try and let you know how it goes. Thanks a bunch
Jay!
