Unfortunately there is no easy solution for this problem. The only way I know of to factory reset a game for Nintendo DS is to use a third party application with a backup card (acekard, R4, etc). There is a program for use with those cards that will allow you to do it, but the legality of that option is sketchy at best. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Hi,seems you don't know how to change the language on your game,here is a solution;
You have to google the spanish phrases translation that leads you to the menu first.after that,
You go to the menu,on your game,open it,from there you go to seettings,from the settings,you click on language settings,when you get there,you will see the list of languages available on the game,click on english,then save the settings.
if you can get this done,i will suggest you reset the game settings to the factory settings.
You are done and can now move to a new era.

You need to create a game and then you will be given to options of: play, arcade, multiplayer, options. Choose options and then language. You should be able to choose from English, French and Spanish. Hope that helps!

As I said the last time you posted this...

I've never played the game, but try restarting the program, and when the menu starts hit anything that says or looks like the word 'wahlen'. Try to find the language select out of the options.

go to the options menu, enter a password. it's LPSTRU for DS, or LPSGIR otherwise, to unlock to giraffe.

First, you have to make sure you have five pets in the section of the game with the ice by moving them there through the portal. Then, you run the pet you are controlling out onto the ice, and then gather the other pets to you by repeatedly tapping on the touch screen with the stylus.

try cleaning the game and try again it may take a few cleanings

You need to have 2 copies of the game. It can be any of the three,(jungle, winter and garden). The multiplayer action is very limited, so unless you think both kids will like the game at the same time(mine did) it may not be worth buying the second game.

Just start the game and enter the menu. There is an item for options, if yu cannot read the language, try them all. Once you have found the options you can choose the "new" language. Finished.
