Hello.
I have a pink razor over 1 1/2 yrs old. So no warranty. I have been having trouble with the buttons. I can receive calls fine and answer them. I can use the number pad with the exception of no.9.... I can get to all my screens, but cant navigate the scroll pad at all.
Also I now have a green dot right above where the sim card is placed in the phone (right by the arrow)
Can you help?
thanks so much!
Tara
thanks!!! I wish I new about all the problems before I got the phone.... dialing numbers by opening the phone, that sucks too. What ever happened to quality control, or am I dreaming, ha!

I would take it apart and clean out the scroll pad and no 9 button. That or throw it away, like im about to do. Mine dials numbers non stop when i open my phone and will call them and i dont press anything. these suck

The paperwork that you received at the time of purchase should list a telephone number to call for warranty service. This problem should be covered under your warranty.
the manufacturer should have a one year warranty, and any cell provider should provide a 30 day warranty. If your phone is out of this period you may not be able to get a new phone for free, unfortunatley there are no shortcuts to fix a screen not working, try calling motorola if still in your first year, 866-289-6686
that is strange if you are receiving call from mobiles you should be getting them from the lanline but speak to your mobile service provider and see if they can help you with this issue
yes, as a consumer, you really have the right to do so and this is the best thing to do. by the way, have you tried turning it on with your charger? anyway, you don't need to do that, you should return it.
