Hmm. I have a game called Sight Training for the DS. I bought it Pre-owned. When i turned it on all of the save files had already been used and the game had practically been played with the wrong ages entered and stuff. What do i do ? Is it the same as Nintendogs ?

A Nintendo DS Lite would be a great gift for a young boy looking to play video games. Unfortunately Fixya doesn't isn't an online merchandiser. However, here's a link to a website where you can buy a Nintendo DS Lite.
If you want to delete the points you have to delete the whole save file also. Thus, you have to copy the game and the save file into his friend's ds if he wants to play the same lvls that your son has passed. PLEASE rate me.
Check properly if it is the .SAV file or the .NDS file. If it really is the .NDS file, and you can't see the file through the DS game list, try downloading and put the game inside again. If this doesn't work, you gota try deleting the .SAV also.
The Nintendo DS LIte itself is in flight more or it's called "not connected". Unless you activated the Picto-Chat or any wireless games (Download Play, WiFi), the nintendo ds isnt emitting any wireless signals.
