Either the picture tube(crt) went bad, or the 200 volt source to it isnt there. this is usually derived from a pulse from the flyback transformer. in some sets, there are luminance buffer transistors(part of the rgb drive) that can go bad

TV screen went negative. Brand new TV

I would use the warranty for this problem. The part that need to be replaced can be somewhat expensive.
With the credit card statement, you can use that as a receipt.

Sound on wii fit game

I have sound on my TV for normal operation when the FIT is in use and some vibration, sound effects, and comments during certain activities/games. You should hear speech (i.e yoga) or music and sound effects (i.e. balance games) throughout the session. If you hear sounds when your WII is on the channel screen it should work during a WII Fit session. Check the Nintendo Forums or contact Nintendo to see what may be defective.
