Question about Samsung SGH-X830 Cellular Phone
Hi, my daughter recently gave my son her old phone (Samsung X830) on PAYG. He had it for a few days and then all of a sudden, when anybody tries to ring him, we get this message "it has not been possible to connect your call, please try again later". We have tried inserting new SIMS (the phone is on O2) but same problem. Going through the manual, it looked as though maybe incoming call barring was on, but when I look into the settings, it doesn't look as though it is. If I try to change any settings, it is asking me for a password, although my daughter never had a password. I have tried 1234, 4321, 0000, to no avail. He loves the phone and is devastated that it looks like he won't be able to use it. Please help!! Thank you Carol
Type this code in try *2767*3855# this will reset the software but backup you photos/vids etc before hand, if this doesn`t do anything then the phone is blocked its a paperweight...

U need to ring up orange customer services they will then tell u the pin code number for the fone
