I have the micro sd for the phone and the software in my computer but when i synch eather it cant synch or the phone does not read them. can anybody help please.
You are limited in the remainder of your phones internal memory when transferring a file from a pc to your phone via bluetooth. For example, if your phone's internal memory is 17MB and you have 7MB of "stuff" on there you cannot transfer something larger than 10MB to the phone - regardless of how much memory (micro SD) you have.

Hi You have to move the Videos off the sd card onto the phone before you will be able to see them on the PC Suite Software. The Software only sees stuff that is on the phone itself, then you can download it to the PC or Upload to the Phone Hope this helps Regards

The only other way that i can think of, is to get a bluetooth adapter for the PC, and sending the video to the PC via Bluetooth
You can buy one at most Cellphone Shop
Hope this helps
