In our office we have many users using KM3035 and all of them have a VMB assigned to them with a password. But some of the employees quit on a shortnotice and we don't know their pincode to the printer and hence the printer won't allow us to delete the user's VMB or the print jobs in there. Is there a way to fix. I would appreciate any solutions for this problem.

Hello, you need to go to "Contacts", hit the multifunction button right twice, until you get to Favourites, and here you can simply assign numbers from your contact list to the speed-dial buttons. Hope this helps. [email protected]
I assume the print driver is on the server and shared. I would start there. I would think someone changed the default setting on that driver. Go to printing preferences, job tab, and see how it is set.
Or re-install the print driver and start over.
Of course, on any problem, Kyocera will always ask you if you have the latest software installed on the machine.
You can assign one of the following functions to the USER button: Delete, Lock, Magnify, Print, Settings (current settings), and Film. Delete is the default setting.
To change the setting:
1. Use the JOG dial to select Assign User Button in the Camera Settings menu, and press the ENTER button.
2. Use the JOG dial to select a function to be assigned, and press the ENTER button.
