Cold water does not work. Hot water will work. Each water valve is turned on and working. Problem is something with the machine not plumbing. What is the solution?
Sounds like the inlet valve is bad. if you have a volt meter it is simple to check. first thing to do is remove the screw in each endcap on the conrtol panel. then pull to you and lift up and let it hang to the back of the washer. you will see a connector for the lid switch on top of the washer. disconect it. on each side on the top there is a clip that holds the cabinet to the back of the washer. use a flat blade screw driver and remove the clips. now grab the cabinet and tilt up and move it to you. now on the right you will see the water valve. it will have 2 connectors on it. one clear one red. clear is the cold water valve.use the ohm meter to check the valve.make sure you have 120v to it and if you do disconect the wirs and ohm the solinoid out. should be between 450 -650 if you get no reading replace the valve.
