The
first thing I would suggest is a hard
reset. Unplug the unit for a
minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again. If it still fails, you may have a bad membrane keypad or there may be grease or moisture on the controls. Please post a new help request with the full model number from the tag in the cooking cavity or elsewhere on the microwave, such as the door frame, controller frame, etc. and detailed symptoms and when they occur.

I feel your pain, I am in the same position. After endless mucking around I finally figured it out. By the way, this is for my model P10034AP.
Press these buttons: -

Cancel [to clear the time allowing input]
nnnn [the 4 numbers HH:MM in 24 hour time]

Hope that helps :)
Cheers Jonathan Barton
I have a Hinari Lifestlye Microwave and also MANUAL!!!!!!
Let me tell you how to set the clock!
First, you press the clock button Press the cancel button, the display will show 0 Enter the current time in 12-hour format ( this is very important as if you enter an invalid time, the display will revert to 0 Finally, press clock button again!
normally you look for the clock ot watch icon. Pressing it once will give you the option for 24 hours setting. Press it twice and it will give you the opportunity to set to 12 hours setting. Using the no. keypad, punch in the time and then repress the clock icon again.
Hi Bryan... I had the same problem as you in trying to work out this blasted clock!!! - by fluke I worked it out!!
Here are the steps:
1 - press the 'clock' button (to ensure the clock is displayed)
2 - press the 'cancel' button (the display will go to zero '0'
3 - use the keypad to enter the time (at this stage the colen between the hour and minute numbers will not be flashing.
4 - press the 'clock' button again (the colon will start flashing and the time will be set.
your frustrations are over my friend!
