The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.
If it still fails, you may have a bad membrane keypad or there may be grease or moisture on the controls.
Please post a new help request with the full model number from the tag in the cooking cavity or elsewhere on the microwave, such as the door frame, controller frame, etc. and detailed symptoms and when they occur.

Press these buttons: - Cancel [to abort anything currently underway] Clock [to set the time] Cancel [to clear the time allowing input] nnnn [the 4 numbers HH:MM in 24 hour time] Clock [to set the new time]
Hope that helps :) Cheers Jonathan Barton

Quit working

SE probably means a sensor error.

The first thing to try is a "hard reset". Unplug it from the power line for a few minutes, plug it back in, set the clock, then try again.

Otherwise, it may have a problem with the control panelm such as moisture or contamination or a bad connection.

Let us know if the hard reset doen't fix it, and please write back with more details if you need further help.

We're happy to help and we appreciate your thoughtful rating of our answer.
