The only solution I can think of: Format your memory card(your pictures will be removed!) and RECOVER your pictures with a (image)recovery program! I've seen a lot of other people having this problem. Try to download a free recovery program on the net if you don't have one! Let me know if it worked! Nima

Did you safely remove the memory card? At the bottom of your desktop there's something saying "Safely Remove Hardware", You probably didn't do that! Do you have an external USB drive or internal? You just stick it in your pc? Or in a external card reader? If you have an external one, then do that SAFELY thing and remove it from your PC, then remove the card and plug it in again, and then insert the usb cable into your PC! Let me know if it worked!

How to format a SD memory card for samsung

Hi Sir

  • Insert your memory card into your computer's reader if you have one. If not, you can purchase a multi-format USB Memory Card reader from Amazon.com or Buy.com
  • 2 Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of available drives.
  • 3 Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right drive.
  • 4 In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose 'Format'.
  • 5 Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted to do in the first place.
  • 6 Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to it to make sure it works fine now.

check that you didn't lock the card by mistake- there is a small "sliding door"- make sure it is covering the hole.

You should check your manual most probably your phone cannot work with SDHC micro SD card. The only thing you can do is buy a 2GB micro sd card.

Micro SD 2 GB just stopped working

The PIC or EEPROM inside these cards may not be working. I guess you best bet is to buy a new one try Kingston brand or go with another Sandisk.
