Question about HP PSC 1350 All-In-One Thermal Printer

1 Answer

HP Psc 1350 - cannot load black cartridge.

Hi, I removed the old black and colour cartridges from the printer and now only want to load a black cartridge. When I do the printer shows "E". In Properties-Printing preferences-colour, I have selected black cartridge only, but with no change! I have re inserted the cartridge and also reset the printer several times. Any help or solutions would be greatly appreiciated. Thanks in advance. Damon

You still need the colour cartridge in place for your printer to function properly-then disable the colour through prefrences..

Hp 1350 does not copy

Hi Steve,

Does the printer give you any error message ? the best you can try on HP PSC 1350 is, Remove the cartridges and clean the electrical contacts ( golden points ) on the cartridge and put the cartridge back in. IT should go thru alignment process. IF it does not go, It should display some error. I hope the cartridges have ink in them.

Suhail

I am unable to insert the Ink Cartridges in HP 1315 Printer

Hi

Make sure you've got either 56 or 27 black and 57 or 28 colour cartridges. See here:

http://www.inksave.co.uk/product/PSC-1315/

You "pop" them down then withdraw the old ones. Put the new ones in angled slightly upwards then click them up into place. The raised plastic on top of the cartridges will prevent installation into the wrong ports. If you're trying to put in a 58 photo cartridge it goes into the black port.

Good Luck!

Orange cartridge light is flashing. I know the black cartridge is empty, but the colour cartridge is o.k. Why can't I print in colour?

Inkjet printers use a combination of inks to produce colors; while you may not realize it, your printer uses black ink to print colors as well, to darken the hue of a color. Otherwise, it would be limited to very "bright" colors. Replace the black cartridge, you will be fine.

My printer hp psc 1350 keep on blinking check print catridge even after change new catridge both colour and black..how to settle?

Tried removing the cartridges again, then turn off you printer for 2 mins.

clean the print nozzles of the cartridges, turn the printer on
insert the cartridges again, then check if the problem persist.

You can also try to put the original cartridges that came with the printer
to isolate the problem, if it's really the ink cartridges.

Get "remove and check print cartridges" on printer, a new black cartridge has been replaced but still get same message.

Hi,

Is the new black cartridge that you fitted made by HP?
If it is not I would try with a new HP cartridge, I would also try replacing the colour cartridge.
