Won't do anything

Hi i would need more info. what is the model number. its not always the power board it can be a processor fault. and thats the main av board. the processor is what turns on all the parts to start up.

Here are a couple of things to try:

1. Unplug the unit or shut off the circuit breaker for 5 minutes. Plug the unit back in or turn on the circuit breaker. Set the clock and gently try moving the door lock lever (is so equipped) or opening the door.
2. Set the self-clean cycle again and only allow it to work for 15 minutes. Cancel the self-clean cycle and allow the oven to cool. Gently try moving the door lock lever (is so equipped) or opening the door.

Dirty volume control on headphones. Try moving the volume control back and forth several times to clean off the contacts.

its working correct... thats sounds normal

now you just need to wake it up. turn it on using the remote supplied by your cabe operator. if anything it may be your remote that isn't working. does a "cbl" light or anything light up on the remote when you press the cable box power button? if not try to find out how to put it in cable mode and try again.

This is happening to mine as well. I don't know what to do!

It sounds like the receiver may be locked up. If the buttons on the front do not work, then try unplugging the receiver for 5 seconds and plug back in then check to see if everything is working fine.

Try Factory Reset, under the spanner menu

at the time the hard drive problem came up the receiver would of went into recovery mode this can take a good hour for it to fix and can do nothing until it would finish on its own and take care of. Doing the power reset is just like unpluging the receiver. Try unpluging again for 30 minutes and plug back in again and just wait receiver should come back on its own. Don't hit any buttons.
