I am looking for the blades that attach to the bottom of the glass canister. I contacted the Betty Crocker store on line and am waiting for a reply. If there is any other place to find one I would love to know.

Replacement blade for Betty Croker Blender BCF1350

Since Betty Crocker makes no machines or tools, but contracts with companies to make them, first find out who made this one.
Then go online and look for parts.
God bless your efforts.

The black plastic screw on bottom of the pitcher is stuck on the base. We can't seem to get it off. Have any hints

Put the pitcher in the freezer for an hour, boil water in a pan bigger than the base of the pitcher, take the pitcher out of the freezer and stick just the base in the hot water up to the top edge of the base.. Remove it after about 15 seconds and have someone with gloves on screw the base off the pitcher

Where do I find a replacement pitcher?

Link, Can you tell me what brand your blender is? This is usually found under the blender base or right on the front where the buttons are. Then we can tell you whether there are replacement parts or not.

Hi. We have a Cuisinart smart power blender. When we mix drinks, there is some sort of black residue seeping into the glass pitcher. Do you know what is causing that?

This can be coming from discoloration and/or food acting on the rubber gasket. Be sure to take the pitcher apart, removing, the screw on base cap, the blade mechanism, and the gasket to clean your blender after each use. Acids and liquids can act on the rubber causing a discoloration and this will seep into your pitcher. This should take care of your problem. If it does, please come back to Fixya and rate my solution!

I have a good, old Betty Crocker blender, model BCF1350. The gasket tore between the base and the glass carafe. I need a replacement for the gasket. Where can I buy one?

Hi,
you could try the plumbing department at the hardware store, take the gasket with you. you could try cutting up an old innertube out of a bicycle tire or start canvassing thrift stores, just unscrew the base and keep it with you when you go.
