First of all, uninstall Adaware and SuperAntiSpyware, AVG and malwarebytes is enough.
Second, uninstall your hp all in one software, Reboot. Download the software package from HP product support and reinstall. This will fix your problem.

I need free spyware removal. where do you reccommend I go.

CNET has been offering free downloads at www.download.com for a number of years, I trust them to give me spyware free software and have never had a problem there. I use the free AVG Anti-Virus Free that includes anti-spyware prevention for the future. For now go to download.com and get a copy of Spybot search and destroy it is a very easy to use and a great program for removing spyware, another is lavasofts Ad-Aware, personally I use both and run them at least once a week. Here's a link to the Spybot search and destroy;

Sir i have a problem with laptop,its effected from a.exe virus.how do i remove it,please help.i am usin gxp {profesional}

You will have to try a bunch of different software to get rid of this. Let's start you off from the top.

ESET NOD32 Antivirus.

Malwarebytes.

Ad-Aware.

Spybot Search & Destroy. (When installing Spybot, make sure to uncheck TeaTimer.exe. In other words, don't install it!)

AVG Anti-Rootkit Free.

You will need to download each utility. After installing them, restart your computer. After the restart, open up NOD32 Anitvirus and update its security definitions file. After it has been updated, perform an in-depth scan on your entire computer.

After NOD finishes, exit the utility and open Malwarebytes. Update Malwarebytes' security definition files. Afterward run a full scan on your entire computer. After the scan finishes, remove anything found (restart if necessary).

After Malwarebytes finishes, open up Ad-Aware. Update Ad-Aware's security definition files. Afterward run a full scan. If anything is found, remove it and if necessary, restart your computer.

After Ad-Aware finishes, open up Spybot Search & Destroy. Update Spybot's files then exit Spybot. Now open up Spybot again and select the category, "Immunize." After the automatic scan finishes, select, "Immunize" at the top of the aplication. After immunization is complete, exit Spybot. Now open up Spybot, again. After Spybot loads run the scanner (Press, "Check for Problems"). After the scan finishes, remove anything found then restart if necessary.

After Spybot finishes, open up AVG Anti-Rootkit Free. After the application finishes loading, perform an in-depth scan of all hard-drives. If anything is found, remove it then restart your computer.

If the virus remains after following the steps above you will have to get your computer repaired as it only gets trickier from here.

Let me know how it turns out for you. Don't hesitate to let me know if you need any more assistance.

Action failed for file avgtdix.sys: starting service....

There is a known issue between AVG 8 and Anniversary Edition of Ad-Aware which gives exactly this error, so if you perhaps just got that ad-aware, uninstall it too before trying to reinstall AVG.

Then run the uninstall/cleanup util for Avast because the Windows Add/Remove isn't good for uninstalling antivirus programs. Then try reinstalling it again. If you downloaded the installation package, then it provides the uninstall option. Disable Ad-Aware's Adwatch first! Run the AVG installer. Choose the uninstall option and follow the wizard. When you get to the part to remove user settings, select it. Restart your computer then... Now reinstall AVG using the setup file you got and update it.
Restart Windows twice before you re-enable anything disabled earlier.

Should this not work and you get the same error, that means the original errornous installation is still not out of your system. Download the AVG remover from here:
http://www.avg.com/download-tools
Remove your AVG and reboot to make sure it is not there any more, and try installing again.

Let me know if the solution worked and if yes please rate me:)

Warning.... Spyware Detected On Your Computer

If you see warnings like this, you may have inadvertently downloaded a script from a rouge website. I would cancel out of the message and download the free edition of AVG. Install it and run it in Safe Mode. Also, download, the free edition of Ad-aware, install it and run it also.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

I have an unknown trojan virus thats keeps poping up trying to get me to installed anitspyware how do i get rid of it

  1. AntiVirus - AVG Free Edition
  2. AntiSpware - Spyware Blaster
  3. AntiAdware - Ad-Aware
I recommend using all three of these programs, by doing so you have all your bases covered. AVG Free edition is an awesome program, it updates daily so you can catch even the newest viruses. Best of all it's free! Spyware Blaster is another great program, I've found that this will pick up a lot of things other programs may miss, again it's a free program. Ad-Aware is another great program, this program will also clear out any tracking cookies you may have acquired over time. I use all three of these personally and install them on every computer I build or service.
  • Where do I get these great free programs.
If you haven't visited CNET's http://www.download.com already you are missing out on tons of great free programs, they have everything from games demo's to music editing software, screen savers, and of course antivirus, antispyware, and antiadware programs. This site is updated frequently and includes many reviews on their content. u could simply go to this page and use the search box to find the above mentioned programs, but I'll make it easy for you, follow the below links.
