Hi, Could be the door switch, make sure the door is shutting completly then try to start.

yeah you need to connect the other hose because the mix valve just below that does not seal one or the other..those switches work with the water pressure..thats why the errror showed up..

Error F20 indicates lack of water entering the machine.

F20 means that there is a water inlet problem:

Reasons for error F20:
(Water Inlet Problem-no water or insufficient
water supply) Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle
Unplug washer or disconnect power.

Check the following: Are water faucets completely turned on?
Are screens at inlet hose connection to washer
clogged? Are water inlet hoses kinked? Are water inlet hoses frozen?

If that does not help inlet valve, pressure switch and control module must be tested. The defective part must be replaced.

This code is tricky to troubleshoot, so jsrock516 advises to eliminate the easy common sense items first

take the kick panel off and find the tech sheet. i believe you have3 either a bad pressure switch or something stuck in your pump. let me know how it goes
