Hi, I need instructions on how to change out my screen for my 580i sony walkman cell phone? My screen cracked and nothing is visible on the screen. I purchased a new screen and it came with two tools but no instructions on how to change it out... Help Please!!!

you can try a cold reboot that where u have the fone turn on
and then you take out the battary while the
fone is turn on it fixed many erorr.

if not if need to be refashed as the software may have eroor in it.

or the fone has water danage

you can do this online at www.topsony.com or have it done by a mobile shop.

Try a master reset. You might lose everything that you have that isn't on the sim card but it might give you the options back for language.

The phone needs to turn on for you to access files stored on the phone's memory...if it's on the memory card then you can access them.

First need to find the IMEI for your phone. Power on phone and type *#06# this will display the IMEI. You will need the IMEI to get the corresponding unlock code. Every phone has a different unlock code. Then call your provider and request the unlock code.
