Does the system not even start up the power supply? That most likely means you've wired up your power button incorrectly. Also it could be possible that you're grounding the motherboard to the case. Make sure it is screwed onto the case correctly.

Download the manual from the motherboard makers' website. If the information isn't contained in that, then you need to be more specific about the information you need.
try here.http://www.motherboardpro.com/FOXCONN-6627MA-RS2H-Socket-775-Motherboard-p-203.html.or here http://www.techfuels.com/motherboards-memory/339-foxconn-6627ma-rs2h-motherboard.html.
You should read manual of the moterboard, there is wiring diagram that you need. But however, i suggest to you - take it to the expert, if you don't know how to do it.
You need the manual which you can get here for your board, and download it at the bottom of the page, once you have the manual, then you should see the connections. The other way to tell is to look closely on the board, it might say which goes where right by the connection on the board, and then the wires should say on them what they are, and you can put them where the board says, if you have that on your board.
you can get all the information you want from this link below:<br /><a href="http://www.cluboc.net/reviews/motherboards/foxconn/755a01/2.htm"><br />http://www.cluboc.net/reviews/motherboards/foxconn/755a01/2.htm</a><br />hope that was helpfull<br /><br />
If you are asking about external card reader it is usually connects to USB, for the built-in's it connects to internal USB on motherboard. According to your motherboard's picture http://pclab.pl/zdjecia/artykuly/khedron/780G/perspektywa-1_1000.jpg internal card-reader connects to the one of these salad green plugs on the right bottom. Each pin has the meaning written on it. Be careful not to mismatch. Here's the standard diagram http://www.808.dk/pics/k7s5a_usb1.gif
if you are having a problem in your sound try to click on the device manager check if your hard ware has a yellow question mark if there is then you need to install the driver for this using the moterboard cd
It is unlikely that the floppy took out the agp display controller,
I assume that you have no video when the computer startsup also.
But if that is the case you can use a PCI video card.
Are the fans and hard drive running?
When you were in the case replacing the floppy did you make sure that nothing else was disturbed and were wearing an antistatic strap?
I would go over all of the wires inside.
Please let me know how you make out.
