Question about Car Audio & Video
I have installed a new radio in my 2001 tahoe with the wiring adapter. The radio powers but does not produce any sound. I noticed a wiring harness that plugged into the factory radio but it does not connect to the aftermarket. There is o problem with the radio, I checked it out in my 2000 chevy 1500 and it works fine with the same harness. Please any help will be appreciated!!!!

I had the same problem, once I connected the pink cassette wire to the red 12v radio harness wire, the radio was able to communicate with amp and the sound started working
