I assume you have the unit set to alocate ip addresses automatically in other words the dhcp is set to enabled in the settings.
If so it maybe that the address is registering wrong, you can either click start>run> then type ipconfig /flushdns, or uninstal your wireless network card in device manager then restart the pc to automatically install it again as this will set it back to default, but remember to make sure obtain ip address automatically is enabled in the adapters properties on the tcp/ip properties.

Set your PC to use the static IP 192.168.1.10, netmask 255.255.255.0.
To login to the web manager, go to http://192.168.1.1. Leave the username and password blank. You can now configure the device and assign IP address etc.
I am afraid that I have had to make an assumption as to the precise modle that you have but the following link should be correct, it gives you the option to download drivers for the
Senau NUB362 (Ext)
I believe he's wrong. But the wireless card which only does B needs to match the router which could be A,B, or G. And B has some serious range limitations. You also need to manually address the card or the router has to be configured for DHCP. Get past those issues and it should setup normally.
There are a few things you can do in this case. First, I would check to see if you have your network profile set up correctly. This is done by going in to your wireless properties and checking the profile to see if the encryption password is correct as well as the encryption type and so on. Next, you can go in to the device manager and make sure the wireless adapter is recognized and enabled. If you need help doing these things, let me know.
