I have a Brother Intellifax 2800 and if we receive more than 5 fax pages I guess the machine starts to warm up it will start printing vertical lines on the fax and continues to get worse with every page after that? by the tenth page the lines are so dark you cant see half of the page? any solution to this would be great!!!
First and most important with Brother machines is , you need to use genuine brother supplies. Almost every time I service a brother and I find generic toner and drums cause the print quality issues. New supplies cost as much as a new machine. If not the supplies then it is laser or power supply.

Most likely the fuser has some toner build-up.The asm that gets very hot. You can try to remove it and see if toner is on the pressure roller or heat roller. A new fuser costs about 75.00.
In the front as you open the cover to remove toner cart. Look down. There is a couple of screws and connectors to remove. Then lift up and out. I have used some wd40 with a cotton cloth to clean off burnt toner, but the teflon coating is probably worn and it will buildup again. You can get a service manual on ebay.

Yes I have always used brother supplies since I purchased it. It just seems to be a problem heating up and bleeding the ink. Any solutions?
LOL... What exactly and where do I need to check?
