Question about HP PSC 1315 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have recently had an operating system re-installed on my hp media center running windows xp. As expected I had to re-install additional hardware i.e printer etc. I have used the installation disc that came with the printer which was fine. However, when I try to use the hp director scanning function an error message appears:- AN UNEXPECTED INTERNAL ERROR HAS OCCURED. CLICK OK TO CLOSE THE PROGRAM, AND THEN TRY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: - RESTART THE PROGRAM, -RESTART THE PC AND THEN TRY AGAIN, - REINSTALL THE PHOTO & IMAGING SOFTWARE AND TRY AGAIN. All of which I have tried with no success. Any ideas you might have on how to resolve this issue would be gratefully recieved. Thank you.
Uninstall "HP Director" and replace with "HP Solution Center" New Updates (especially IE 7) make this application incompatible. Ed

Choose which model of the 2210 all in one series you have, click on Software and Driver Downloads and then click on the button that says Check.
This will check to see that you have the most recent version of the driver.
