press the Program Button, then (**1234), and scroll counter-clockwise through the options with the volume circle. the option should say, "004 ext name set." to enter into that option to change, press the sp-phone button. continue pressing the sp-phone button until you find the extension number you would like to change. once you find it, press the transfer button and spell the designated name using the dial pad. For example, Mike (press 6 and use the volume circle to browse the letter you need from that assigned key- to get M) to continue spelling the name, continue using the dial pad and repeat to assign the designated letter. to store the name, press the "Auto Dial/Store" button and it will beep to confirm.
hope this helps,
Before you store a telephone number in memory, make sure the dialing mode is correctly set for the type of service you have. The default dialing mode is tone (touch-tone), so if you have pulse (rotary) service, you must first change the dialing mode. See “To Set the Dial Mode.” The following buttons can be stored into any memory location: 0-9. STORING FREQUENTLY CALLED NUMBERS 1. Pick up the handset. 2.Press the store button. 3. Push the desired memory location button. 4. Press the store button. 5.Use the handset number keys to enter the telephone number (up to 16-digits) and press the store button. 6.Hang up the handset. NOTE: If you make a mistake, use the delete button to delete wrong digits. CHANGING A STORED NUMBER Repeat the storage sequence above. The new number replaces the old number at the memory location. ERASING A STORED NUMBER 1. Pick up the handset. 2.Press the store button. 3.Press the memory location (0-9) to be erased. 4.Press delete for three seconds until the number in the display is erased. 5.Hang up the handset. DIALING FREQUENTLY CALLED NUMBERS 1. Pick up the handset and press the mem button. 2. Press 0-9 for the memory location. The number dials automatically. OR 1. Pick up the handset and press the dial button. 2. Press the review button for the desired memory location. 3. Press the dial button to dial the number. OR 1. Press dial button while the handset is still in the cradle. 2. Press the review button for the desired memory location, lift the handset and the number dials automatically.

Sometimes, the last four digits of the phone number will not work as the unlock code, especially if your daughter has changed the code. Even if the phone is locked, dial *228, then press 1 when prompted by the automated system. When it tells you: "Your phone has been programmed successfully", press "Done" or "OK". Once the phone has powered off, then back on, (it will do this automatically) the lock code for the phone will be changed to the last four digits of the phone number. For example, if the phone number is (315) 123-0101, your lock code, after following the above instructions, will now be "0101". Also, you do NOT need to know the lock code that your daughter had for this to work. After the phone has powered back on automatically, you will be able to use the phone normally. *228 does not delete text messages, contacts, etc, but it WILL give you access to a phone which has been locked, without requiring you to know the code that she has set.
I have a panasonic KX-T7730 and through trial and error i have found out how to change the time. Press Program Then press O This should give a list of digits on the screen. The first 6 digits is the current date in yrmmdd format. Then there is a space and a single number. I represents monday 2 represents tuesday 3 represents wednesday and so on. The next set of numbers is the current time in 12 hour format. The last number is either 0 for am or 1 for pm. Press auto dial/store when you have entered all the relevant numbers to save. For example to set 3pm today you would type 090406 1 03:00 1
press "CL" dial 828 0000 dial the 2 digits for the year dial the 2 digits for the month dial the 2 digits for the day dial the day of the week(0=Sun,1=Mon etc) dial the 2 digits for the hour dial the 2 digits for the minute press "SPK"
example "CL" 828 000 09 05 06 4 12 00 "SPK" would set Wed 6th May 2009 12:00

Hi - you don't really need a template to do this:
This must be done at extension 10 or 11:
1. Press Feature and dial zero zero
2. Press the LEFT INTERCOM button twice
3. To set the time, press #103 then enter the correct time using a four-digit 24-hour clock (military time, for example: 3:45 pm is 1545).
The display will show:
4. To set the date, press #101 then enter the correct date using the format MMDDYY (two digit month, two digit day, two digit year, for example, May 22, 2007 would be 052207).
The display will show:
5. Press Feature and dial zero zero to save your changes.
I am also using motorolla v3 razer, when I dial a number, I can't hear any sound or ring, but they can receive my call. If someone call me, the phone ring, but when I answered it, I can't hear the caller.
I have check the volume setting and call setting. What I did was reseat the phone components. Turn it off, and then remove and return the battery, memory card, and the sim card. It fixed the issue.
I hope this can fix the issue you have.
