My TLP 2344-Z print perfectly from a file but when a try to print directly from my application the printer is blocked and a solid red light replace the green one immediately. From my application, if I print to a file and then send the file to the printer there is no problem. But when a use directly the OUTPUT TO PRINTER the problem appears. I have windows Vista.

These are the 3 things listed as being wrong for the status light being solid red:
1. Media is out. Reload a new supply. Press feed button to
continue.
2. Power-up failure. Switch power OFF then back ON.
3. Printer ready to receive flash programming during
firmware download.

When the light flashes red, press the green button once. What happens then?

Hold the feed button while turning on the printer. After a config label
prints, turn the printer off and then on again, and try printing again.
Also, make sure the lid is closed far enough to engage the lid sensor.
If the red light comes on again, press down a bit on the lid, hit the
feed button and try to print again.

The printer driver should be set to Continuous or it will think it is still Gap or Black Mark. Please adjust accordingly
