In Ebay you can find easily an original replacement for a very low price.

Check the internal speaker. If it is OK, then check and replace the earphone socket at TV.

You must use the remote to do this.

Also having the same problem....When the mickey mouse is put into the easy-link, the page starts up, but no links can be selected. We get the white screen also when the jojo the clown is inserted...

Getting the speakers probably won't be easy but as far as the remote goes maybe a place like Sears can order it for you since they sold these TV's as well as Kmart.

When you press Play, do you see that shown on the screen? If there are extra inputs to the TV, make sure that you aren't switched to one of those. SOmetimes they're called A/V 1 or something like.
